Chicken Salsa Verde in the crockpot!
Ingredients :
- 4 chicken breast
- 1 jar salsa verde
- 1 cup cottage cheese or 8 ounce cube of cream cheese. Choose which one you want to use according to your macros if you’re going for higher protein, grab the cottage cheese if you’re going for higher fat, use the cream cheese.
instructions :
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low from 5 to 6. We used a thermometer at three hours on high and it was right at 160 so we shredded it and then put it back on low for an hour.
