Cucumber Egg Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
