Stuffed bell pepper Casserole
Ingredients –
- 1-2 lbs Ground turkey cooked
- 2 bags cauliflower rice cooked
- 3-4 bell peppers sliced
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions –
- Spray casserole dish with avocado oil
- Spread bell peppers in bottom of dish
- Add cauliflower rice
- Add ground turkey
- Top with mozzarella cheese
- Cook at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
- Turn the oven up to broil and cook for another 5-10 minutes until cheese is golden
