Crockpot Philly Cheesesteak!
Ingredients –
- 2 lbs top sirloin steak sliced thinly
- 2 bell peppers sliced
- 1 3/4 cup hot water
- 1 beef bullion cube
- 1 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 medium white onion sliced
- 6 low carb tortillas or low carb rolls
- 3 Tbls butter
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Instructions –
- Mix water and bullion
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Worcestershire. Mix well and set aside.
- Add beef, peppers and onions to crock pot
- Pour bullion mixture over meat peppers and onion
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
- When done heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Butter the tortillas or roll
- Place meat mixture on top of tortillas or roll
- Top with sliced provolone
- And bake for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Roll tortillas or put roll together and serve.
