Easy Stuffed Bell Peppers Keto Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1lb. Ground Beef
- 1 bag Cauliflower Rice (steamed & drained)
- 2 Bell Peppers (halved & cleaned)
- 2oz Cream Cheese
- 1T Mayonnaise
- 1T Garlic (minced)
- 6oz Shredded Cheese (sharp cheddar)
- Salt, Pepper, and any other seasoning you like
Instructions on how to prepare stuffed bell peppers:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Place pepper halves in baking dish and spray with avocado oil and bake for 10 minutes.
- While those bake, cook the ground beef with garlic and seasoning/drain.
- In a bowl mix together cream cheese, drained ground beef, cauliflower, mayo, and seasonings.
- Stuff peppers with mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
