Keto Parmesan Zucchini Crisps Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan
- Black pepper and garlic powder, season to taste
Recipe:
- Preheat oven at 425°.
- Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet & spray paper.
- Sliced zucchini thin makes it crisper.
- Place sliced zucchini on baking sheet (do not use salt Parmesan makes it salty enough).
- Generously cover the Parmesan over zucchini.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Broil first 2-3 min.
