Stir Fry Cups Recipe!Â
Ingredients:
- Low carb tortillas
- Chicken breast cubed
- Bell pepper cut in strips
- Onion chopped
- Mexican blend shredded cheese
- Green onion chopped
Instructions on how to prepare stir fry cups:
- Cut tortillas into quarters and put in greased muffin tin.
- Set aside.
- Cook chicken, bell pepper and onion in skillet until chicken is cooked.
- Spoon chicken mixture into cups.
- Top with green onion and shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
