Cookies And Cream Icebox Cake Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 boxes Catalina crunch vanilla crème cookies
- 1 tub sugar free cool whip
- Sugar free rainbow sprinkles
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Instructions on how to prepare Cookies And Cream Icebox Cake:
- Dip cookies in almond milk and place in 8×8 baking pan.
- Mix a half teaspoon banana extract in the Cool Whip.
- Top with half of the cool whip and spread out evenly.
- Sprinkle on the sprinkles and place another layer of cookies on top of sprinkles/
- Top with the rest of the cool whip.
- Add more sprinkles on top.

Refrigerate (at least an hour) until ready to serve.
