Keto Nachos Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 4 to 6 bell peppers use whatever type you like
- 2 pounds ground beef or sausage
- Taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper
- Mexican cheese
Instructions on how to prepare Keto Nachos:
- Slice and clean bell peppers and place on baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
- Bake in the oven 375° for seven minutes.
- While bell peppers are baking, brown your meat.
- Drain grease and then add taco seasoning according to package directions.
- Top with cheese and return to oven for eight minutes.
