Keto Nachos Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 4 to 6 bell peppers use whatever type you like
  • 2 pounds ground beef or sausage
  • Taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mexican cheese

Instructions on how to prepare Keto Nachos:

  • Slice and clean bell peppers and place on baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
  • Bake in the oven 375° for seven minutes.
  • While bell peppers are baking, brown your meat.
  • Drain grease and then add taco seasoning according to package directions.
  • Top with cheese and return to oven for eight minutes.
