Keto Apple Crisp Recipe!
Ingredients:
Filling –
- 1/2 cup swerve granulated sugar
- 4 cups zucchini diced
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbls cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 Tbls butter
Topping –
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 1/2 cup swerve granulated sugar
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions on how to prepare a Keto Apple Crisp:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add 2 Tbls butter to frying pan, then add zucchini and brown.
- Add the rest of the filling ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- In a small bowl, add topping ingredients and mix well. You might need to use your hands.
- When the filling is ready, pour into a baking dish and sprinkles overfilling.
- Bake for 30 minutes until topping is crispy and filling is bubbly.
