Keto Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons swerve granulated
- 1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream
- 1 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
Instructions on how to prepare a Keto Peanut Butter Fudge:
- Add all the ingredients to a small sauce pan.
- Stir continuously to combine ingredients while bringing mixture to a boil.
- Remove from heat and pour into a 9 x 9 greased casserole dish.
- Put in the freezer for about 20 minutes, then move to the fridge to finish setting up.
- Once it has sat, you can store in the fridge. Cut into 36 pieces.
