Low Carb Keto Banana Muffins Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 Tbls softened butter
  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt 
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional) 

Instructions for preparing Low Carb Keto Banana Muffins:

  • Preheat oven to 350° and line cupcake pan with paper liners.
  • Take two ripened bananas and mash with fork.
  • Combine butter and bananas with hand mixer.
  • Add in egg and mix again.
  • In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients… baking soda, salt and almond flour. 
  • Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.
  • Use cookie scoop to scoop into muffin pan. 
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
