Easy Pizza Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tablespoons cream cheese
- 3/4 cups almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Instructions on how to prepare an easy pizza recipe:
- Place mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and melt for 30 seconds.
- Take it out stir it up and microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Mix in the almond flour and egg until it resembles dough.
- Add the Italian seasoning and salt.
- Place it between 2 pieces of parchment paper and flatten it to desired thickness. Ours is about 1/4 inch thick.
- Pierce with a fork so it stays flat.
- Place in the oven at 375 degrees for 8-12 minutes. Adjust accordingly on how crunchy you want your crust.
- Take it out and add your pizza toppings and place it back in the oven for another 8 minutes.
