Keto Breakfast meal Prep Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- Your choice of toppings. We like bacon, ham, and peppers
- 1/2 parmesan cheese
Instructions on how to prepare keto breakfast meal:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Spray a standard muffin pan.
- Place 1 egg in each hole.
- Put 2 tsp of heavy whipping cream on each egg.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Top with your favorite shredded cheese, we are using Parmesan.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, use pink Himalayan salt.
- DO NOT STIR
- Bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
