How to prepare a Keto Peanut Brittle using simple recipe instructions and healthy ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (we use Adams peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons swerve confectioners sugar (you can use whatever confectioners sugar you like)
- 1 cup sliced almonds (can also use slivered almonds if you prefer)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (we use Lily’s chocolate chips)
Instructions used on how to prepare Keto Peanut Brittle:
- Melt butter and peanut butter and place in mixing bowl.
- Add vanilla and mix until well blended.
- Add swerve sugar and mix until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture into parchment paper and flatten to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
- Place in freezer for 30-45 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and break into pieces.
