Let’s prepare a Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Pudding recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp almond milk
Instructions on how to prepare a Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Pudding:
- Add peanut butter and chocolate chips to a small bowl and microwave for 40 seconds until it is completely melted.
- Pour in the almond milk and stir until it is well mixed in.
- Serve hot or chilled.
- Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
Tips: I have used heavy whipping cream in place of the almond milk for thick rice pudding. It’s higher in calories and fat but it’s REALLY good. I’ve also used white chocolate chips. I use LILY’S brand chocolate chips or Bake Believe chocolate chips both come in a variety of flavors. White, semi-sweet, and dark.
