Keto Cauliflower Hash Browns

How to prepare the Keto Cauliflower Hash Browns using delicious ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cauliflower rice, cooked and well-drained.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mild cheese shredded
  • 3 tablespoons of almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • A dash of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions on how to prepare Keto Cauliflower Hash Browns:

  • Cook cauliflower rice and drain well.
  • Place in a clean dishcloth and squeeze all liquid out.
  • Combine 1 cup of prepared cauliflower, two eggs, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add shredded cheddar, 3 tablespoons of almond flour, half a teaspoon baking powder, and a dash of onion powder.
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Spray oil on the heated waffle maker.
  • Sprinkle a little cheese and add 2 tablespoons of mixture to the waffle maker.
  • Cook a couple of minutes and they should be nice and crispy.
  • Remove, salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
