3 Minute Keto Brownie!

An easy keto brownie recipe which is quick to prepare!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 Tbls cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbls butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbls sugar free chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbls chopped walnuts
  • 2  Tbls sweetener

Instructions on how to prepare keto brownie recipe:

  • Mix almond flour, cocoa powder ad baking powder in a ramekin or bowl.
  • Melt butter and mix in with dry ingredients.
  • Then add egg and mix again.
  • Mix in half of the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Then mix in sweetener.
  • Top with remaining chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Cook in microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
